Freshman and BSN direct admit student Tarrah Stranger has jumped right into the fun on the IU Indianapolis campus by volunteering at this year's Regatta.
Why did you volunteer for this year’s Regatta?
This is my first-year volunteering for Regatta. I am choosing to volunteer because I want to get out of my comfort zone and experience something that is valuable to the university and its community. Hearing about the opportunity during Bridge Week sparked my interest.
What does the Regatta mean to you?
Since it is my first year volunteering, I am hoping that it defines the true value that is holds for everyone else. I am eager to see what Regatta has to offer for me!
What do you want your fellow students to know about the Regatta?
I would like my fellow peers to know that Regatta is full of opportunities and experiences that are for everyone, and to just take the leap to get involved.
