Biography
Dr. Pearson brings 30 years of nursing experience as a nurse and 17 years as a nurse practitioner to the IU School of Nursing in Fort Wayne team. Dr. Pearson is passionate about nurses understanding their voice and professional identity in today's changing healthcare world. She strives to uphold the ANA Code of Ethics in nursing and to guide future generations of nurses into complex healthcare systems with strong ethical principles and mutual respect in collaboration with inter-professional disciplines.
