Meet Stephanie Anderson
Stephanie L. Anderson, LCSW, is the chief operating officer and vice president of strategic initiative and quality improvement for Mental Health America of Indiana. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, public service, and system transformation.
Her career spans clinical practice, statewide mental health and addiction policy leadership, and executive roles overseeing youth and adult treatment programs. She previously served as deputy director of adult mental health and addiction services for Indiana’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction, and as executive director of addiction recovery services for the Indiana Department of Correction, where she led large-scale improvements in addiction and behavioral health care.
Stephanie holds degrees in criminal justice, ballet, and social work, and continues to teach ballet, reflecting her ongoing commitment to youth development and the arts.
