Tuition, Financial Aid & Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria

The IUSON scholarship application for the 2017-2018 academic year is now closed.  Application information for the 2018-2019 academic year will become available in late January 2018.

Please read the following information very carefully.

To be eligible for consideration for IU School of Nursing scholarships all applicants are required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Federal regulations require that we consider all of your resources when determining eligibility for financial aid. Receipt of a scholarship/grant may change the composition of your financial aid award package in some cases, which may reduce your student loans or federal work-study amount. For specific information, please contact the IUPUI Student Financial Services.

The IUPUI Financial Aid School Code is 001813.

  • Returning nursing students must be enrolled in fall nursing courses on or before May 31, 2018. The only exception is for students who are awaiting a decision for fall admission. Please select the status awaiting admission decision when completing the student data on the application.
  • It is important that you accurately complete the student data and report community service, work experience, etc. This information will be used to determine your eligibility to apply for scholarships.

Incomplete applications will not be considered for scholarships, and applicants will be notified of their ineligibility.
