Join us for a 2 day virtual workshop, featuring speakers from around the United States discussing a variety of topics designed for the CNS working in perinatal care. This workshop is also open to other professions working in this field who would like to learn more.

Program Objectives:

Attendees will be able to:

  • Identify opportunities and challenges in providing advanced care to mothers and infants with complex needs
  • Discuss strategies for engaging in advocacy impacting maternal-infant health policy
  • Describe clinical and ethical considerations in providing care to vulnerable populations

This workshop will be held via Zoom.  Continuing nursing education contact hours will be available.   This workshop is being hosted by the IU School of Nursing in partnership with the  Perinatal CNS Network, an informal special interest network group formed in 2020 and comprised of like-minded CNSs from around the United States. To learn more about this group, contact Amy Shay at acshay@iu.edu
