The four-story School of Nursing on the IUPUI campus contains academic, research, and administrative offices as well as a 100-seat auditorium. The school contains several electronics-equipped conference rooms and general university classrooms throughout the building. Persistent wireless access allows students, faculty, and staff to access the Internet with mobile devices using the IU Secure network. The student canteen with vending machines, a microwave, and study area is the perfect place to relax, eat, or study between classes.
All academic classrooms have Internet access and are equipped with a computer and projector capable of video and web conferencing. You can review a listing of specific classroom technologies as well interactive tutorials and training documents online. Clinical skills are taught in the 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art Resource Center for Innovation in Clinical Nursing Education.
University Information Technology Services maintains a 20-seat computing center, staffed by student technology consultants during open lab hours. The lab provides Windows computers and one Macintosh along with networked printing.
Several conference rooms are available throughout the school. Each room has wired or portable Internet access and audio/video equipment. Most rooms are equipped with video- and web-conferencing setups.
