Requirements for All Students
Health Insurance
Documented health insurance coverage is required by the School of Nursing for all students with the exception of those in the RN to BSN program. Coverage can be obtained through family, employers, or by participating in the IUPUI student health insurance program, which is offered through MEGA Life and Health. Call 1-800-892-4115.
A copy of your health insurance card must be on file with the Center for Academic Affairs, NU 122.
