Biosketch
Dr. Duffy's research interest is in maximizing patient outcomes through caring relationships, particularly in the acute care patient population. Most recently Dr. Duffy implemented her Quality-Caring Model© in a large scale demonstration project using two organizations and is the Principal Investigator of the International Caring Comparative Database. She teaches in the graduate nursing administration program.
