The School of Nursing offers two graduate academic certificates. The two certificate programs are a teaching in nursing certificate and a certificate in nursing informatics. Certificates are a year round rolling admission. Please apply two months prior to the semester you plan to attend.

Teaching in Nursing Certificate
Hone your skills as an educator! This course is for nurses and health care professionals who teach in academic and service settings. You'll study online and get real-world experience teaching a class and working with a preceptor.

Nursing Informatics Certificate
Learn about the latest information management technology. You'll find out how informatics works in theory and in professional and clinical practice. The nursing informatics certificate provides the essential knowledge and clinical practicum hours that enable students to become certified in the area of nursing informatics.
