Early bird!
$900 per person if registration is received on or before April 1, 2008.
$1,000 per person if registration received after April 1, 2008.
Handouts, breaks and lunch is included.
Payment in full is due by June 19, 2008. Enrollment is limited.
Payment can be made by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). If necessary, a purchase order can accompany the registration.
Scholarship Application
A limited number of partial scholarships are available to defray the cost of registration or travel. Scholarship applications must be received by April 1, 2008. Award notifications will be sent via email by May 1, 2008.

Refund Policy
Registration fee less a $60 administrative charge is refundable only if notification is received at least five (5) business days in advance of institute. Advance registration is required.
