The four-story School of Nursing on the IUPUI campus contains academic, research, and administrative offices; a 100-seat auditorium; and several electronics-equipped conference and classrooms. Persistent wireless access throughout the building allows students, faculty, and staff to access the Internet with mobile devices using the IU Secure network. The student canteen with several vending machines and a microwave is the perfect place to relax or eat between classes.
All academic classrooms have Internet access and are equipped with a computer and projector capable of video and web conferencing. You can review a listing of specific classroom technologies as well interactive tutorials and training documents online. Clinical skills are taught in the 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art Resource Center for Innovation in Clinical Nursing Education.
University Information Technology Services maintains a computing center, staffed by student technology consultants during open lab hours. You can even check for seating availability in the computer lab from your phone or laptop prior to coming to the building.
Several conference rooms are available throughout the school. Each room has wired or portable Internet access and audio/video (A/V) equipment. Most rooms are equipped with video- and web-conferencing setups.
